Il B&B si trova nel comune di San Ginesio, un vero gioiello della regione Marche. Questo piccolo borgo in tipico stile medievale, è un’oasi di tranquillità ed un rifugio dalla frenetica vita di tutti i giorni. E' immerso nel tipico paesaggio collinare marchigiano ai piedi della montagna, circondato da rigogliosa vegetazione e dalle meraviglie del Parco Nazionale dei Sibillini, a soli 45 Km dalla costa adriatica.
La struttura ricettiva del B&B Villa Carmine, si compone di tre camere con bagno autonomo, arredate in modo da riflettere la quiete circostante. La colazione è servita nel grande open space adibito a sala da pranzo/soggiorno, che vanta anche un tipico grande camino. In alcuni periodi dell'anno è disponibile un'ampia piscina situata nel cuore della meravigliosa campagna.

Villa Carmine is a typical Italian Manor House, it's sympathetic renovation has maintained the historical and geographical characteristics of a typical Marchegian country house. The B&B is located near to San Ginesio a jewel of the Marche region, this small historical village harks back to Medieval times and is a cool oasis from the bustling life outside. This beautiful village is dipped in the middle of the quiet mountain and hilly landscape, surrounded by the lush vegetation and wonders of the Sibillini National Park and only 45 minutes from the Adriatic Coast.
The guest accommodation consists of three en-suite bedrooms furnished to reflect the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast is taken in the open plan dining/living area which boasts a typical country fireplace. It is also available, at certain times of the year, is the villa's swimming pool which sits in the heart of the rolling countryside.
